4. By submitting the entry, Contestant is transferring all ownership rights In the video to Bon Jovi Tours, Inc., and granting to Bon Jovi Tours, Inc. and BonJoviLovesMyTown.com the right to use the video for any and all commercial purposes in perpetuity.

5. By submitting the entry, Contestant agrees and hereby releases Bon Jovi Tours, Inc. and BonJoviLovesMyTown.com and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents, officers and directors from any and all liability or responsibility arising in connection with Contestant's participation in the contest or as to any prize(s) which may be awarded.

6. Bon Jovi Tours, Inc. and BonJoviLovesMyTown.com reserve the right at their sole discretion to reject and disqualify any nude video or those videos which are deemed in its sole discretion to be obscene, profane, offensive, lewd, pornographic or otherwise inappropriate.

Bon Jovi Tours, Inc. and BonJoviLovesMyTown.com assume no responsibility for entries unable to be processed for any technical reason and further reserve the right to cancel the contest if it becomes technically corrupted or for any other reason beyond their control. BonJoviLovesMyTown.com reserves the right in the event of such cancellation to award the prize to an eligible, non-suspect entry received prior to cancellation.

Contestant agrees that entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Bon Jovi Tours, Inc. and BonJoviLovesMyTown.com to have the option of using the name, hometown, likeness, video, voice and statements of both Contestant and any person depicted in any winning video. Such use will be without compensation and may be for editorial, public relations, promotional or advertising purposes, or any other purpose as deemed reasonable by Bon Jovi Tours, Inc. or BonJoviLovesMyTown.com. Documentation of such permission may be requested by BonJoviLovesMyTown.com, and failure to provide such documentation may result in forfeiture of any winner status and/or prize.

9. Contestant agrees to have signed release forms for each person in the video and signed parental consent forms for any person under the age of 18 in the video. Any persons whose faces are shown in the video and do not have signed release forms must be blurred out.

10. Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the Contestant, and appropriate tax identification information may be required prior to the awarding of any prize.

11. Employees of Bon Jovi Tours, Inc., BonJoviLovesMyTown.com and Kosher Pixels, and their affiliates, parent companies and subsidiary companies, and their immediate families (parents and children) are not eligible to participate in the contest.
